Living In Balance

Can anybody else relate to this? I can.  For some reason we so often believe we have to be all-in or have an all or nothing mentality when it comes to health. Not true! I believe if you consistently(80-90%), of the time do the following, that you will see exceptional results while still enjoying life. • Like the way you eat, choose nutrient dense options and practice portion control • Like the way you exercise, find a balance between resistance, cardio and overall wellness • Have regular check-ins, whether it’s with a coach or on your own, progress pics and measurements are a much better indicator than weight • Manage your sleep and stress! These are very simple but who said it has to be complicated? Ask yourself if you want to live with your current habits. Are some too strict/unrealistic/unhealthy or are you slacking and making excuses for your poor habits? Find a balance that gives you quality of life and makes you happy and the results will not only come, but you will maintain them.
