Do you Superset?

Short and intense was my workout this morning! Using super sets (back to back exercises), can cut training time in half, prevent excessive cortisol release, boost testosterone, and establish a more positive hormonal response.  Minimized rest periods increases the acidity of your blood which triggers the release of growth hormone.  By doing this, you can decrease body fat while improving muscular hypertrophy = improved body composition!  For the carb lovers, this improves insulin sensitivity, allowing you to indulge in more carbohydrates without storing them as fat!  While I am one of those weird people that could happily spend hours in the gym, life does not allow this daily.  Exercise smarter and mix up your training styles to keep your body and mind interested and growing!
