Consistency

When it comes to diet, consistency is everything. A salad won’t make you skinny any more than a donut will make you gain weight. Our body recognizes the nutrients from the food we eat as information, and the not so nutritious choices. What you are doing most of the time is going to determine how you look, feel, and function. Next time you want to treat yourself, ask yourself how could I make this a little bit better? Eating a highly processed and packaged product is not going to have the same physiological response within the body as a quality product. Upgrade the nutrition of these by making them yourself using whole nutrient dense ingredients or buy it from somewhere that creates with fresh, quality ingredients
