Can you consume alcohol without hurting your progress? Yes – as long as it’s in moderation and it doesn’t interfere with your overall consistency regarding training and nutrition. A few tips – stay hydrated; take B complex before/after as it is depleted from alcohol and necessary to remove alcohol from your body as well as burn fat; lower your fat intake the next day as there is a component in alcohol that can slow the body’s fat burning process; and last, be smart with your choices, choose lighter drinks with some benefits(aka wine, or soda water/water as a mix).
