Recovery is JUST as important as training. How can you recover quicker? Proper hydration, nutrition, sleep, deep tissue massage, foam rolling, magnesium/Epsom baths, infrared sauna, adequate rest days, and cold thermogenesis. Everyone is unique and will find different approaches work best for them. Foam rolling has become a favourite of mine, try it!
