Juicing

This is not a meal.  Leptin is a hormone produced in our fat cells that tells your brain we have enough energy stored in our fat cells for normal metabolic processes. Have you ever gone into a calorie deficit and seen great results initially only to have them slow or stop? This is due to lower leptin levels causing negative metabolic adaptations. Low calorie diets are not sustainable, the lower the leptin levels, the slower your metabolic rate.  Eating large amounts of sugar and processed foods can have your fat cells overproduce leptin, leaving your body full but brain starving, thus = stored fat Eat better, not less!!
