Blood Sugar Balancing Smoothie

Need a quick and easy breakfast that will balance your blood sugar and keep you full until lunch?  I got you!  This beauty combines healthy fats, protein, fibre and even sneaks in a serving or two of greens and is ready in minutes!  I will occasionally add in a half serving of frozen berries or banana.  Now let’s talk options cause everyone loves those  * Protein – choose a quality source with no added sugars or fillers, I like vital proteins, moon juice, and primal kitchen.  * Fats – raw and no added sugars, can substitute sunflower, coconut oil, natural peanut butter, flax oil, avocado etc.  * Fibre – chia seeds, flaxseed, avocado, hemp seeds etc.  * Greens – spinach, kale, etc., I also steam zucchini in pieces and freeze it and use it in place of fruit or ice cubes.
